Parking: After 5:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends, the entire parking lot is available to guests, except for accessible parking spots and the 24-hour reserved spots. During the day visitor parking can be found on the third floor of the parkade.
Elevator: Should you need an elevator to access the 2nd floor, please connect with any Association Staff who will direct you to the elevator location.
Gender-Inclusive Restroom: Located on the main floor, beside the main desk in the hallway that leads to the ATA Library.
Indigenous Cultural Room: Located in Room 120.
Healing Garden: Located in the Courtyard (through the east Rotunda doors)
Quiet Room: Open throughout the conference, located in Room 226
Multi Faith Room: Located in Room 231
Scent Responsible Environment: To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly request that delegates be considerate of scent sensitivities and allergies.
