About me
Dr. Hardeep Rai is an educator with over 25 years of experience spanning elementary to postsecondary classrooms, currently teaching Grade 5 at Riverview Middle School. A nonconforming queer educator and person of color, Hardeep is deeply committed to fostering inclusive, affirming spaces where all students feel seen and valued. His work centers on building strong, connected communities among students, staff, and families, with a focus on uplifting marginalized voices and transforming schools into places of belonging and advocacy.
